Woka Vietnam builds logistics products, then operates them for our own 3PL customers. Every feature ships against a real dispatcher, a real pick wall, a real customs broker.

We build dispatch boards, pick-path tools, customs workflows, and exception queues — then run them ourselves before shipping to anyone else. If a feature cannot survive a Monday morning in a real 3PL, it does not ship.

Each product starts with one job the model or rules engine must solve, then the UI and data flows are built around it. We ship in two-week cycles, measure outcomes in operational KPIs — p95 dispatch latency, pick accuracy, SLA hit rate — and hand work off with production runbooks the on-call engineer will actually read.
